If you’re into grilling, and like pork, do I have a recipe for you! I tried this one out last night, and the universal review was that this was a grand slam of fabulous taste.
Because I am an inveterate tinkerer, I added a few things to the rub: mustard powder, paprika, Mrs. Dash, rosemary.
The taste was exquisite. Highly recommended!
(The wine we tried with it, a 2004 Masterpeace Australian Chardonnay, was a strikeout, however. Nice color, but thick, syrupy, undistinguished taste.)
